La ministre de l'Emploi et de la Solidarité sociale, Michelle Courchesne, a publié hier un nouveau projet de règlement de l'aide sociale, sans produire ni mentionner l'étude d'impacts requise par la Loi visant à lutter contre la pauvreté et l'exclusion sociale. Encore une fois, la ministre manque à cette obligation qui lui est faite par la loi de signaler lors de leur présentation les impacts possibles de propositions de nature législative ou réglementaire sur les revenus des personnes et familles en situation de pauvreté.
